One of my favorite recipes from my mom <3

Tender pork ribs, falling right off the bone, simmered in a deeply savory, subtly rich broth. Alongside its comforting qualities, this soup is also packed with collagen. The slow simmering of pork bones and connective tissues releases this valuable protein, creating a nourishing broth that benefits your skin and joints. I hope you love it as much as I do!
